1pc Monoblock
We stock a wide range of passenger car style 1pc raw forgings in our UK warehouse from 15″ to 24″, all made from 6061-T6 aluminium. We can also supply to special order narrow EV style forgings and truck style forgings up to 32″. We also machine 10″-15″ wheels from solid bar 6061-T6, 6082-T6 and 7075-T7.
2pc/3pc Modular
Forgings for modular wheels are available from stock in very flexible profiles to suit wheels up to 26″ in diameter.
3pc rim sections
Lips and barrels are stocked in many widths 13″-21″ and in limited widths 22″ and 26″. Other sizes are available to special order.
Each set of forged centres is crafted from the highest quality aerospace grade 6061-T6 aluminium.
For the barrels and lips a lot of our competitors use 5000 series aluminium while our inner barrels and front outer lips are both manufactured from spun 6061-T6 giving a much higher quality and stronger rim.
Zero Waste Production
Using our extensive range of forgings, we calculate exactly which materials are required for the job in advance. This not only minimises cutting times, but also reduces the excessive waste material.
We recycle all swarf locally to keep our operations as environmentally friendly as possible.
